Improving mental clarity means working on the ability to think clearly, focus attention, concentrate without feeling distracted or confused.
Lack of mental clarity or all of a sudden experiencing brain fog, is like you are running around in a circle and you can’t find your way out.
Draw a circle and begin to list the things below that may be affecting your mental acuity. Examples could include things such as :
- Too much sleep or not enough sleep.
- Poor nutrition
- Chronic inability to change what is happening in your life.
- Physical inactivity
- Information overload. Evaluate where that is coming from. From you, to you. from work, from home.
- Loneliness
- Chronic stress.
Draw that circle today and see what is bothering you. Determine how you can work to change your mental clarity. Improve!
