Wedding shower and snow day!

Woke up Saturday morning to snow. I really had not expected snow, but colder weather, yes. Two of our daughters had come to town to attend a bridal shower for Josie our granddaughter who is getting married in December. Our granddaughter loves winter and Christmas time.

The shower was held out in the country, the scenery was beautiful and the roads were not too bad. It took a little while to get there, but it was special. We pulled up at this very nice home on lots of land and a big big barn in the back. The room where the shower was held, was enchanting with windows all around that enabled us watch the falling snow.

The shower was very tastefully done. Lunch of chicken salad finger sandwiches, broccoli salad, pasta salad and small frosted cookies. Everything was delicious.

All in all the shower was great, everyone friendly, the games were fun, and the gifts were all things the bride and groom had asked for. The games and invitation were all designed by grooms sister who is so talented.

The shower, the location and the ambience all reminded me how important it is to have a niche, focus on the niche, constantly be improving and looking for new avenues to promote your niche. I know I mentioned before the closest I have come to having a niche is lifestyle, but I am working hard to promote lifestyle in a positive manner, a caring manner, and an informative manner.
