Physician, Nurse Practitioner, Specialist, Therapist prepare for a relaxing visit.

Its that time of year again, where we all try to get our physician, specialist therapist, and all other medical, dental and vision tests up to date. Before we know it August will be here and there we will be wondering when we will have time to do our Christmas shopping!!!

Preparing for the above visits can be very stressful especially if you have a big family making sure everyone is seen by the proper person, the proper paper work is done, either written or online. Making sure shots are up to date and everyone is ready for the big day returning to school. Masked or not you have to be prepared.

As a gentle reminder to you I have a free check list for you to use. Make copies of it, put it up on your refrigerator, put it on your phone, take it with you in your purse. I know many physicians office are calling to remind you of your scheduled time, but you promptly hang up and forget. The physicians offices even text us and we forget. This check list on your refrigerator can be a big help.

My Etsy store is growing, slowly, I admit but then it takes me longer to get more done, than when I was in my younger days. However, it does give me a a sense of satisfaction, no matter how slow I am, to know I am still learning.
