When I was a child the most wonderful thing to do was ride a tire swing, go to a park and swing or go to my grandmother’s and ride the neighbors glider swing,which we did for hours. Up and down, back and forth, up and down back and forth. Doesn’t that equate to what life is about?  Getting hard knocks, picking yourself up, shaking yourself off and starting all over again.

This last week blogging would go into that category of hard knocks definitely like swinging, up and down. That is exactly how I felt working on my blog. Up and down. Several people I know have had hard knocks this last couple of weeks.  Difficult health issues to deal with,  job issues, family issues, stress and anxiety.  Made for an interesting week, but made me see even more life can not always go the way we wish it too.

Learn how to deal with what is going on in your life:

  • Pray – Difficult to do sometimes. Remember God is there for us we just have to ask and talk with him.  In his time, not yours and maybe for a reason we have not even thought about.
  • Work on the most important issues first, think does that pertain to your health, getting a job,or working on the mental health issues? Take a deep breath and get yourself organized.
  • You will find an organizational list in selectionsfrombarb – resource – library. Library is pass-word protected – HELEN
  • Exercise for at least 20 minutes daily. Do 15 minutes if 20 too much.
  • Eat sensibly,
