It is so wonderful to be able to follow someone who is incredibly talented. I would say that about all our children. Of course they are no longer children but talented adults who work hard to make sure they are learning something new everyday.
Of course I am bragging, but I can do that because I am a parent and they are learning and educating themselves daily.
I get mad at myself some days when I feel like doing nothing, as I still have so much to learn and need to remember to pray every day. Prayers in our lives are so necessary; if we do not pass this skill along, who will pray when we are gone?
We have new additions coming into our family all the time. I was very intelligent at one point in my life. I made a perfectly profound statement earlier in life, especially in the area of quilting. No quilts made by me for our great-grandchildren. Just not in the cards. I remember vividly making the other 19 quilts. I want to continue to create and learn new things as time passes, but quilts are a thing of the past for me. Right now, it is difficult for me to just hem up new pajamas for my husband. I may tackle hems again one of these days, but in the meantime, I cheat and simply cut the extra off at the bottom of the pajama legs.
Of late, I am working hard on writing my three children’s books. You can check the first two out here: Book 1 – https://bit.ly/44hO03b, and Book 2 – http://bit.ly/4kX98ma
Unfortunately, I often get tired before the day’s end, so I do not always get everything done that I planned to complete. My goal moving forward is to stay organized and function well.
Hope you all are having a good week and looking forward to the future. Remember to stay positive. Look at the future with your bright lights functioning, and ask the Lord to continue to let your mind function.

Appreciate comments as they may help me grow.
