Problems focusing on your studies, your everyday work life or just every day life in general. Trivia comes into your mind when you start studying for a test. Trivia like, what video game can I play? Who is that cute guy or gal sitting at the table next to me.
Test time comes and your palms are sweaty, your mind is a blank. Try the following:
Develop a plan for studying. Make sure your notes from classes are adequate and you understand what you have written.
Key word here understand! If you do not understand how can you possibly prepare for a test? Tutor! May help.
Don’t skip classes and then wonder why the teacher is getting ready to flunk you.
What about trying an essential oil to help you with this problem.
There are several essential oils that may benefit you if you need to learn how to concentrate and focus.
Rosemary- steam distilled. May help to promote a sense of clarity. Cognition and remembrance can be better.
Ylang Ylang -floral sweet smell. Helps promote positive mind set.
Peppermint- can sniff directly from the bottle or diffuse. Helps with remembering.
Clarity Sage – has more of a herb aroma. May be calm and relaxing. Remember you don’t want to fall asleep.
Bergamot-mayhelp alleviate stress and anxiety. Not recommended for children under 5 years of age.
Many essential oils used in a diffuser provide a wonderful, steady aroma to enhance your ability to concentrate for a long period of time. This might just be what you need . Read essential oil instructions.
Some essential oils can be taken internally. DO NOT TAKE any essential oils internally without talking to a qualified professional. DO NOT give to children without talking to a qualified professional.
