Blogging, a hard nut to crack!

Blogging wears many faces and one sees them every day. You begin to wonder where you fall in the line up. There are so many talented bloggers out there with tons of wisdom, knowledge, and creativity.

I am reading two books right now one by RUTH SOUKUP, HOW TO BLOG FOR PROFIT WITHOUT SELLING YOUR SOUL and the WELLPRENEUR written by AMANDA COOK, which was sent to me by our daughter, Sue. Both are good reads but it is taking me longer to read and totally comprehend. Which makes me wonder exactly why I am doing this?

What I have picked up so far is that I have to work on narrowing my niches and I see that as a weakness. It seems like I have always known a little bit about a lot of things but am not an expert in any one subject.

Do I want to continue to blog is another not weakness, but question I ask myself. Actually I have found that I enjoy writing a post, blog, article but do I want to do more at my age? As our pastor recently said at church when you are pondering about something ask yourself, will this help me get to heaven. I like to think that maybe I have helped someone in a positive way, or at least given them food for thought, when I have written something. I am hoping the Lord views that as a positive.

Right now the way I see things I have work to do, Remembering the importance of prayer, prioritizing and that means husband first, family next and then learning more about what my focus will be when and if I narrow my niche. Essential oils, lifestyle, ageing gracefully to name a few,
