Organizing, does that define your job, your life, your side hustle, your passion or are you trying to get tuned into an organization person. If you are like me I take 10 steps forward and then 20 steps back before things really start jumping. I finally get to a finished product but often times wonder how I could have done better.
How do you plan for a party, a shower, a dinner party or an event you are in charge of at work? An event at work would, could, need much more planning. Better to be overprepared than unprepared . Have to consider purpose of the event, cost, technical needs, who the event is meant to attract and why.
Planning has to include things like date, time, place, who is the event for and why? Of course if needed an RSVP is always helpful. You know those miscellaneous things. I remember the time we were invited to a wedding, and showed up with the whole family only to find out when we got there only my husband and I were invited. So embarrassing! The family having the wedding were so nice about it. Moral of the story always read invitations thoroughly.
