Hurrah!!
Solved three problems today so far. I am so glad that they have been solved, because it alleviates more phone calls for me. Hate making problem solving calls. It is either waiting on line or getting someone I can not hear or understand. Now that is my problem hearing. Understanding the person on the other end of the line can be a big issue. Most times we are able to work that out.
Learned to leave my number to call me back when the call line opens up and not to just sit like a bump on a log waiting for someone to take my call.
Hearing aids are needed but am trying to wait a little longer to be ready to pay cash for them. Also would like a good price on them. You either see all kinds of sales on hearing aids or none at all.
