Another interesting week. Weather is changing and getting cooler. We even have had rain a few times this week. The beautiful leaves, the orange, the deep brown, the majestic bronze on our trees have fallen off so quickly this week.
Our daughter in Texas had surgery this Monday on a bad knee she has nursed along for many years. She did wonderful and was back home that evening. Already working on her physical therapy.
My husband had an appointment to check out some skin lesions on Tuesday and we were supposed to then have our pictures taken.
Of course the worst that could happen did. Unable to have pictures taken because husband ended up with a big bandage on this right ear and another big bandage on behind his left ear on more the neck area. Really wasn’t excited about having my picture taken, but had taken time that morning to put on makeup, which I hardly ever do any more. Took my time and did a good job, if I do say so myself Now my husband has hardly any wrinkles in his face and looks younger than his age.
Trying now to work on getting things organized for the upcoming holidays. Know our family holidays will be smaller this year which o all right. Families all have grown and have other obligations and we understand.
