Did you every experience a mixed up week? Of course you have, one where nothing goes the way it should or you thought it would. Plans all made and set up by everyone.
Daughter, son in law and grandson were coming to visit during spring break. She had a sore throat but thought she would get better. Things went from bad to worse on their way here and they ended up, turning around and going back home. Bummer! Mixed up week continues. Read on!
Meanwhile another daughter came to visit and planned a big dinner for us. She made stuffed shells and Italian sausage with all the trimmings. We were going to celebrate our grandson’s birthday while they were here, so she decided to make a cake.
Same day, middle of the afternoon, another daughter (we have 5 daughters and 1 son) who lives here in Indianapolis came over, walked in the house and said to me, what is wrong with your face!! I honestly did not know anything was wrong with my face. After a trip to the urgent care, where I was diagnosed with cellulitis, and trip to the drugstore I was back home.
Dinner was wonderful so good and everyone enjoyed the food and also dessert, chocolate cake, strawberries, and ice cream. Those who came to visit with our guests coming from out of town, went home full.
