What you ask are you talking about? How do you define caregiving?

Caregiving is working hard with everyone to help someone regain their strength to live as productively as possible. Lots of energy, lots of knowing when to state your opinion or not and lots of kindness.

After about three weeks in the hospital where my husband was very ill, we went to a rehabilitation center for approximately another three weeks. We are home now trying to find everything that has been back and forth to the rehabilitation center. Think we have finally found the missing items.

Husband was very weak and needed physical, some speech and occupational therapy when he was admitted to the rehabilitation center. Also literally had to learn how to hold his silverware to eat again. He is right handed and that was the arm that was operated on for a new dialysis site.

He is feeling better every day. Thank you to everyone who has been involved in his care. It has been deeply appreciated. Thank you very much also for all your prayers.
